SUBJECT: Changes to RIR Island Facilities Reservation Rates
River Island Ranch cabin and clubhouse rental history and associated operational and maintenance costs have been reviewed. It has been found tht the cost of maintaining the cabins and clubhouse have steadily increased over te years, with relatively no change in rental fees. It is estimated that ht cost of island maintenance, including but not limited to cleaning services, exterior staining, furniture replacement, appliance repair, linen replacement, grounds-keeping/landscapin, utilities, insurance, etc., exceeds duble the income received from rental fees.

April 1st is the first day of the new landscape maintenance season for our Associations.
I know that it is tempting, especially if you are suffering from “cabin fever,” to go outside and chat with the landscaping staff about anything from the weather to something that you’ve noticed about the landscaping which you would like for them to change or correct; however, if you have concerns regarding landscape care, please call the Association Office at 970.285.7482 and share your concerns. We always welcome your input and will do our best to address any landscape concerns that you have.

Make Your Cabin & Clubhouse Reservations HERE
Two River Island Ranch cabins and the clubhouse are available for rental by Members. Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance. Beyond 180 days you will need to wait at least, until the morning of the first day, beyond 180 days to make a reservation. If you want to reserve for more than one day, you can book a week long reservation provided that the first day that you are trying to book for is within 180 days.
